THE FOLLOWING IS INFORMATION ON THE FALL 2009 PRODUCTION AND REGISTRATION

Registration Information FOR FALL 2009 SHOW (MERCHANT OF VENICE, CA)
  • Priority Registration
    Takes place at your actors' rehearsal time starting the week of August 31. If your actor wishes to remain in the same rehearsal (day & time), send a completed enrollment form and full payment with your actor or drop off before/after their rehearsal.  Actors moving up to Classic or switching days bring form to your regular rehearsal and we will place you according to places available.

  • Open Registration
    Any new actor wishing to register may drop off completed registration form & payment beginning April 27.
More about Lumina registrations
We enroll in order of registration received. If your child is interested in signing up for Fall 2009 – particularly if they wish to keep their current rehearsal time — we strongly recommend enrolling at priority-registration. Enrollment is complete only when we receive form and full payment (unless other arrangements are made) — we cannot hold places without payment.

All checks should be made out to Lumina Studio Theatre.


Currently Enrolled Actors Discount During Priority Registration — $475. This discount is for currently enrolled actors only who sign up during Priority Registration or Pre-Registration with full payment.

There is no Discount for Stage Combat — spaces are limited. The full fee will be due at time of Registration. NO INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS.

Installment Payments:
NO discounts will be given for installment payments. For installments payments a non-refundable deposit of $245 is due at enrollment. (Balance of $245 - due on September 15, 2009).  A $5 processing fee is added to each installment payment.

Signing up two or more siblings
For two or more siblings there is a 5% discount on the total fees. A non-refundable deposit of $232 per sibling is required with the the balance of $235 per sibling due January 15, 2009 (No reminder!).

Refunds for All Actors:

Once the check is written and the registration form accepted for a actor for a particular rehearsal day, the registration is considered final and there will be no refunds!

Our refund policy is clear — NO EXCEPTIONS! This policy will be adhered to whether the actor drops out or is asked to leave - whatever the circumstances, there is no refund. We appreciate all parents understanding this policy and not asking for exceptions.

Check the rehearsal schedule to make sure your actor does not have conflicts.  If you are uncertain, please check with us first. Please: be certain about your actor and their schedule before you enroll. Thank you.
