Monday, September 1 - No Stage Combat
Tuesday, September 2 - AAD starts (4:30-6:30pm),
     Ensemble Begins (6:45pm-9pm)
Wednesday, September 3 - RED start (Intermediate - 3:45-5:45pm,
     Classic 6:30-8:30pm)
Thursday, September 4 - BLUE start (Intermediate - 3:45-5:45pm,
     Classic 6:30-8:30pm)

Monday, September 8 - Stage Combat starts (Beginning Stage Combat – TBA)
     Advanced Stage Combat - 5-6:15pm

Saturday, September 20 - Blocking rehearsal, Full RED Cast 12:30-4:30

Sunday, September 21 - Blocking rehearsal, Full BLUE Cast 12:30-4:30

Tuesday, November 4 - AAD Actors who have completed their 2 session commitment notify
Jillian and David in writing regarding their place for Spring 2009.

Wednesday/Thursday, November 5 & 6 – Intermediate & Classics stay 1 hour later for COSTUME FITTING. Intermediates 3:45 – 6:45; Classics 6:30 – 9:30.

Friday, November 7 – AA&D COSTUME FITTING BLUE 4:00 – 5:00; RED 5:30 – 6:30

Saturday, November 8 – Invitations to AAD given for Spring 2009 and Fall 2009
(2 Session Commitment required)

November 10-14 – Priority Registration for currently enrolled actors staying in the same slot for Spring 2009 Session. (Bring Enrollment Form and check to rehearsal)
Actors moving up to Classic or switching days bring form to your regular rehearsal and we will place you on according to places available

Saturday, November 22 – Second Combined rehearsal RED Cast 12:30-4:30

Sunday, November 23 – Second Combined rehearsal BLUE Cast 12:30-4:30

November 17 – Open Registration Begins – Enrollments taken in order registration form and check are received.

Monday, November 24 – Third Combined rehearsal RED Cast 4:30-7:30

Tuesday, November 25 – Third Combined rehearsal BLUE Cast 4:30-7:30

Sunday, NOVEMBER 30 - Load in at Round House Theatre SS, 12-6PM (For Lumina production team, not students)

**SHOGUN CAESAR PRE-PERFORMANCE WEEK
(All rehearsals at Round House Theatre, Silver Spring)
** Actors may not bring snacks, candy or food to the theatre. PLEASE ARRANGE FOR YOUR CHILD TO EAT BEFORE COMING TO THE THEATRE. ACTORS MAY NOT USE UPSTAIRS BATHROOMS, DOWNSTAIRS GREEN ROOM OR ELEVATORS.

During pre-performance week and Performances, actors are required to be available to rehearse and/or perform for their alternate in case of injury or emergency.

Call times for actors for Dress Rehearsals is 1 and 1/2 hours for all Stage Combat fighters, 1 hour before posted time for Classic and AAD, 1/2 hour for Intermediates.

Actors should come to the side/alley door - knock once and staff will let you in.

Parents: Only actors and crew backstage at any time. Please wait in front lobby for Rehearsal and Performance pick up. Thank you.
Please note that pre-performance week and performances are exciting but tiring. Please make sure during this time that your actor’s creative work is given priority and they get plenty of rest between rehearsal and performance so they can have an enriching experience, performing to their full capacity.

Monday, DECEMBER 1 – (Tech and Actor Cue-to-cue) RED Cast 4:00-6:00, BLUE Cast 7:00-9:00

Tuesday, DECEMBER 2– First Dress RED Cast 4:30-8:30

Friday, DECEMBER 5 – Final Dress BLUE Cast 4:30pm-9:00

THEATRE SEATING POLICY -
Please note that our policy is the same as any professional theatre: Ticket holders or Will Call Ticket Holders must be seated 5 minutes before curtain. There will be no seating later than 10 minutes into performance (if seats still available). After that the performance can be watched on monitor in lobby.

Thursday, NOVEMBER 29 – Final Dress RED Cast – 4:30-9pm.

Friday, NOVEMBER 30 – Final Dress GREEN Cast – 4:30pm-9pm.

THEATRE SEATING POLICY -
Please note that our policy is the same as any professional theatre: Ticket holders or Will Call Ticket Holders must be seated 5 minutes before curtain. At that time all empty seats will be sold to those on the wait list. There will be no seating later than 10 minutes into performance (if seats still available). After that the performance can be watched on monitor in lobby.
While we understand that things come up and families can be late, we CANNOT penalize the audiences who arrived on time (and the actors who are anxiously waiting to go on!)
We strongly suggest all Ticket holders (and Wait List) be at the theatre 15 minutes before curtain.
