REGISTER FOR LUMINA’S SPRING MAINSTAGE SHOW, THE WINTER’S TALE! The Guild meets on Tuesdays at 633 Sligo Avenue from 4:30-6:30 pm regardless of their cast! Rehearsals begin on February 7 & 8, 2024. Performances take place the weekends of May 3-5 & 10-11, 2024.
Guild actors learn and practice advanced Steiner and Linklater speech techniques. In addition, basic Chekhov methods for building character through physicalization are introduced. Each member of this select group of actors has demonstrated exceptional dedication and ability in performing, and a desire to expand their acting talents and explore the directorial side of theatre. Guild members rehearse weekly with their age group, attend occasional weekend rehearsals with the Players and Guild, and perform in the mainstage production as a cohesive, multi-age cast.
